NOTE: Castiel possesses the ability to appear and disappear from one place to another in the blink of an eye, although it's usually coupled with a gust of wind and the sound of fluttering. To make things simple, just think of it as instant teleportation.
It had been a confusing day for the angel. Dying was disorientating, being brought back to life doubly so. Castiel hadn't fully forgiven God for- (what was the phrase?) being a deadbeat dad, but it seemed his father hadn't completely abandoned him just yet. Dean would have threatened to shoot him for using the phrase, but it fit in this instance. God worked in mysterious ways.
Very mysterious ways, it seemed. Castiel had willed himself to return to Heaven, to help fix the mess that Michael would leave with his disappearance. Instead, he found himself flat on his back, staring upward into an unfamiliar sky.
Castiel stood, and brushed the non-existent dirt off his trenchcoat. With a whisper and gust of wind, Castiel vanished, only to reappear behind where-ever your character is. (BEAUTIFULLY POETIC I KNOW)
