[It feels like it's been an eternity since he's really been outside, but after nearly two weeks of healing from broken ribs and a concussion, going crazy from being stuck in bed (never mind that he'd spent part of that time unconscious), Lloyd had finally convinced Kratos to set up a chair on the porch and let him just sit there for a while.
It feels good. It feels good to be outside. There's a breeze and there's sunlight and he can hear birds and bugs and nature. Even if he has to sit still to avoid aggravating his ribs, it still feels good. For now, he's content. He can enjoy just watching the trees and the road.
And anyone passing by? Well, he'll watch them, too, and maybe wave and say hi.]
