He'd had enough. Leaving Zack in charge of the Arena's cleanup, but to come running if he heard a massive explosion, Sephiroth headed off to find Genesis. They'd gotten separated during the flooding, but Sephiroth knew good and well both of his brothers had survived. It'd take more than a bit of water to stop a SOLDIER, after all.

After scouring the clear areas for hours, Sephiroth finally tracked his former comrade to the chapel in the village. Granted, debris and standing water made it a rather nasty trek, but ShinRa's General had braved worse. Much, much worse.

But he wasn't about to allow Genesis to slink off and hide away from everything as had been his previous wont. This wasn't Midgar, there was no need to cling to remnants of the past...or even the future. And Genesis was still a brother, damnit. Sephiroth had no problem dragging him out, probably kicking and screaming, by the collar, if necessary.

The impact his booted foot made with the chapel door was oddly delicious to Sephiroth's ears. A bit of violence sometimes did the soul good. It swung crazily on rusted hinges, the poor structure also having suffered the effects of high water and dark magic. But all of that was far from Sephiroth's mind as he strode inside, dangerously determined. Striding to the middle of the main room, he gazed around with a frown, hands on hips and fingers tapping a staccato rhythm.

"Genesis!" he bellowed, baritone echoing off the clutter within. "Get out here! Now!"
