From a rooftop under the sliver of the waning moon, Omi gazed down at their target. The man was passing the evening with a cigarette at the edge of an alley, watching one of the city's citizens. It was a position that made Omi's and Ken's jobs that much easier; an alley was an ideal spot to conduct this affair. The chance of escape, slim. The risk of witnesses, minimal.
With Ken staked out below, they had him covered from both ground level and above. Ken could handle the close-range work while he covered him in case of attack, made sure Muraki didn't escape, and kept watch that the would-be victim didn't notice. After all, just because they were avoiding anything illegal didn't mean it would look good, especially without context.
Omi kept low to the roofline, crossbow at the ready. The hunt was on.
