It depends on the Pokemon. Some just can't wait to evolve, while others are late bloomers, aru. Come to think of it, that might be the case with Cao Cao.

Good to know. I hadn't been expecting Smaug to evolve so quickly, but I think he's been enjoying training since we came back here.

Enjoying the last of the summer weather really. It's a nice spot and eh... Spitfire has to go into his Pokeball in the Inn. He's not very personable.

Maybe he would be more calm if I released Cixi? They are the same species of Pokemon, aru. It's just that she is a Houndoom now.
