it's friday. thank god.
at practice tonite, we WILL release more than our composure. last week was amazing. my neck and forearm still hurt, but i couldnt care less. it's like getting a tattoo; the pain is sickly fun.
last nite i went with kristen and kaleah up to hamilton to see beloved. they were a good time, as were the other few bands i heard. the sound was pretty darn tight. it makes me wonder if that's one of their few good venues, or if im just so used to buffalo venues being unsatisfactory (to put it nicely). the canadians were [explitive deleted]'s to us, though. we were supposed to be on beloved's guestlist, but they wouldnt let them add us, then they charged us more to get in (because of the exchange rate) so basically we drove an hour to be ripped off. eh, it's a story, i suppose. im not sorry i went. though i did feel a little remorse upon waking up this morning feeling like a train wreck. when exactly did i get so old??
my bank is ripping me a new one. i paid a company with my debit card and the first 2 times it didnt go thru for them, then finally it worked the third time. BUT, at my bank, they deducted all three times, and so instead of having like $300, they said i had a negative balance of $100. Plus they sent me a letter telling me they'd charge me $30 every 5 business days until it was cleared up, however the $30 keeps getting added to my total DAILY. bastards. I called and filed a dispute, and they said it would take up to 10 bussiness days. Today is #10 and yet my debt to them keeps climbing somehow. Everyone, stay away from Key Bank; they're rapists.
steve is going to be starting an online picture journal soon. it's gonna be fun. we took some pics of him the other day and he's got one of those faces ya cant help but laugh at, so we decided we're gona set him up with a website to upload new pictures frequently. We're aiming for daily, but we'll see how accurate that is when it happens.
well, back to work i go.
