Moriarty is testing drivers for drugs
My dad and his wife are watching RBT (Random Breath Test). It's an Australian real life show showing the Australian police pulling over drivers and testing them to see if they have blown the alcohol limit and/or done drugs.
One of the guys was just tested positive for drugs and had to go into the police bus and meet another police officer who would do the paperwork, and he was called Inspector Moriarty.
I swear, he's everywhere! His network spreads more then just London.
