i just got this little notion, after checking the mars volta's webpage for tour dates, for the nine millionth time: that i should go down to berkeley in the beginning of june to see them (cedric and omar) at uc berkeley. it seems like that is the closest they are getting to seattle on this tour, and berkeley is the goods-- so why not? what do you guys think. also, does anyone want to go with me?
i danced my self in half last night at the swankiest new club i've been to in this city. i broke in half literally. with my red stripe and my nat sherman lights and the bass beats and brown walls and booty-shakin of noa piper. hurrah hurrah.
also, i am immersed in macroeconomics (well-- you have to understand the system thoroughly before you can hate it with conviction) and i have been wildly high on codeine every morning. ahhh... victory.
