update!
my smeegal is back! yes thats right my ent-moot cat has returned to me. and he wont stop purring when he sees me. on saturday my dad and his ....wife....(no really she is his wife but she is....well....human) went up to the cottage in manistee leaving the house quiet for the first day since the cat ran off. contractors came on monday to discover an orange cat in the live trap. so they took it inside gave it food, called my dad who called my sister and me and my sister on tuesday picked him up and drove him to my mothers house. at my mothers is where we were reunited. my smeegal lost 6 pounds so now he is down to 9.5 which the vet said was just about perfect for him. i knew he was a slug butt but i didnt know how big of one he was till now i guess. so today i took him to the vet, get 2 ticks removed from his ears, gave him anit flea tick meds just incase, and gave him a bath. anway he and i are both pleased. i dont think he ate the whole time he was gone really but he has a scrape on his front leg so who knows.
