I don't think there's a word in English that describes it. It's not pain, but it's bad, just wrong - just... It hurt him, and I got this overwhelming sensation of blood afterwards. >_<

It wasn't pain that I felt, it was - something bad, just bad - wrong. I don't think there's a word in English to describe it. It did lash out with... images, with blood - the smell was in my nose.
