Kanda Bhaji

With the rain hammering outside, the only thing left to do at home is have piping hot Kanda Bhaji. Ideally, you have it at the Tapri along with a cutting, but the home version will usually do if you don't want to get wet for some reason.








Onions
Potatoes
In a big vessel







Masala dabba
Chilli powder etc.
Mix well







Mix Besan, leave standing
The veggies sweat
Fry in oil



Enjoy with garam chai :)
