So I haven't been real satisfied with my Radeon 9800 Pro. So I returned it and got a Geforce 6800 OC. Actually, I bought the 6800 first to test it out before returning the 9800. My FPS doubled with Doom 3, and JA detail has improved if you take a hard look. Worth the change. The 9800 got too hot, even with the cooling I set up. The 6800 came with a free copy of FarCry. Too bad I already got a burned copy.
Anyway... I was playing Doom 3 again a little earlier. I was crawling through air vents.. and there's this skeleton that suddenly jerks, and the area tints red. Then I could hear a very disturbing laugh... The devil was laughing at me. It was scary.
Oh yeah, I saw my friend Chandra at Fry's when I was waiting in line. I said hi to her. Her boyfriend was with her too. They were about 10 infront of me. When she passed me while I was still in line, she didn't even try to talk to me. Probably because of her boyfriend. If she were alone, I'm sure she would have talked to me. I hate it when people do those kinds of things. I would have been nice and talked to any of my friends, even if I was with my significant other.
