For the love of SHIT: listen. When I answer the phone, "Thank you for calling Street Name Restaurant" do NOT counter that statement with "Hi, is this the Restaurant on Street Name?" I decided today that I will now hang up on these people. If you can't listen to me I can't listen to you.

the only thing about this is, sometimes I can't understand what the person said...either they say the street name very fast, or it's mumbled...so I have to repeat, "wait, this is the one on street name, right?"....simply because I couldn't understand the first time....so it isn't always stupidity...you have to give that to me!
