Where did the summer go?
I can't seem to keep track of glue sticks. They really do just seem to get up and walk away. Maybe this is what I get for eating glue as a third grader? Or maybe this is all part of the on-going process of moving to a new place and combining households, but not properly unpacking?
Seriously, I think I've purchased four since starting the "Little Black Book of Chemo Feel Better Therapy" for my Aunt Patti. Her cancer is back so I have recently renewed my efforts to finish the book and mail it to her before the 5K in September.
Work is busy, but will wrap up first week of September. School starts for me in three weeks, the second week of September. Monday I start working evenings at the campus library as student aide/underpaid minion. Life goes.
In other news:
-Trying to get a hold of student loan people is such a pain.
-I've taken up Tribal belly dance because I couldn't find a more traditional teacher I liked.
-The Doctor Who scarf will probably not be ready for October's Mile Hi Con, where Owencreature will have a few plays included as weekend entertainment.
