Summary: John gets tired of Harry's drinking and breaks all contact with her. Some months later, she dies of alcohol poisoning.

Thank you….I don’t really know how to respond to that, more than: thank you so much for that comment! When I came to the end of it all I really needed Harry’s death not to be completely in vain, so I hope Sherlock’s experience of John’s grief will help him get a better relationship with his brother.
