Went swimming for an hour while the guys suffered a session with a personal trainer.

My arms feel like jello -- I had just enough strength to crawl up the stairs carrying fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and fish from the grocery. I'm making zucchini, tomato, and feta encrusted halibut with a roasted tomato and pepper pasta, served with a side of hummus and pita bread.

Later, that is.
