 So, the other day I went over to my brother's house and we began writing a song together.  Not just any song, but the corniest love song we could come up with.  I'd never done anything like that before.  I wrote the lyrics and he put them to a melody.  It was surprisingly fun.  When we finish it (I need to write one more verse and we have to finalize how it will work to the melody) I'll post the lyrics and hopefully a video of Dan performing it on my other blog.  But the thing is, I think Dan and I just have too good of taste in music because, while the song we've written is corny, it's still fairly decent.  For instance, it doesn't hold a candle to this song

Which isn't to say that I don't still quite like this song :D
