there was one moment where I feared the next person who'd turn up at Mono Bar would be no less than David Sylvian on a quick shopping trip to Italy or George Clooney over from Como. It was that busy - including one of my employers, a darling girl but not the person I'd most like to see when I'm dishevelled and badly dressed on an ordinary Friday night and her friends are catwalk-like perfect while mine are slightly frayed around the edges and three quarters of the way towards drunkenness.

In more interesting news: this ad got several official complaints for being sexist. I just laughed, and after only two views I can't stop humming "I wish that girls were more like Pot Noodle.........".
