So Summer is officially over for me, and I've taken down my Summer Checklist (a lot of which I actually completed). And now that school's back on, I've already filled my plate full of things, so I'm a little worried I just instantly over-whelmed myself.
Yesterday I was hired at the Starbucks on Virginia and Broadway, and they want me to work about 20-25 hours a week, which is a little more than I used to work. On top of that I accepted my work study job which will be done in the afternoons MWF at the Art Gallery, so today I have to go in and set up the new exhibit at noon. I was also told of an opportunity to sing in the St. Raphael's choir here in town for one hundred dollars a week. I just might take that up because gee-golly that would sure help with all the bills.
I'm really excited that I got this job at Starbucks because I'm almost out of money! I'm also excited to get back at serving in the Green Apron. But all the things just mentioned + homework + rush with the fraternity and being the secretary = a lot less time than I had all summer. It's going to be rough.
But I'm going to try and manage it. I mean, if anything I could always drop my work study. But it's a really easy job for a decent amount of pay.
And I start training tonight at the Bux at 6PM. Hoo-boy.

school,
