When I Have Luck, it Is not Often; a Drop of Mercy, a Hard Life Softened.

I think days like yesterday happen for a reason, like some sort of comfort and relief, a reward for hard work and mercy during difficult times. Some of the things were small and petty, but nevertheless added to this day that I so sorely needed.

+ Todarova held off on discussing an article I couldn't find for homework,
+ Played WoW with Wes pretty much when I wasn't in class
+ Mitch's Auto Repair called and told me my oil pan plug wasn't stripped and that it was serviced easily and ready for pic up
+ A gathering occurred in my room, revolving over the desire to watch A Goofy Movie
+ Transy saw it fit to give me a $650 dollar check for a random scholarship

That last one is going to help me like no other. I can finally put some money down for dues, and I can finally pay car insurance and cell phone without worrying about draining all my funds. It's like another deadline for finding another job. It was a mercy check. I became so overwhelmed with relief leaving the accounting office, especially due to avoiding getting my hopes up after recent let downs...

It was the break I needed.

work, school, video games, car, money
