Amazing.
I went to see 300 last night at Fayette Cinema. And
oh my god how awesome was it? It was everything I asked for. I
wanted kick ass fight scenes, speeches of glory and honor, and
yes, SEVERED LIMBS. Gerard Butler does an amazing job (but
when does he NOT?) and I can't wait to purchase it on DVD. You
all should see it, but be warned. There is a lot of random nudity, an
awkward sex scene, animals dying, and all the blood you could ask for!
What I also liked was the fact that this action packed movie didn't have
one swear word in it! That made me feel really comfortable seeing it, because
it proves that a great fighting movie doesn't have to rely on swearing to get
their point across.
The only thing I was disappointed about was that it wasn't another Snakes on
a Plane, where the whole audience is screaming and acting as a whole. It
was mostly just our group doing all the "YEAHS!" or "DAMMMMMMN!" and
even "SHE A HO". I actually got shushed. Psh, he was just mad that the
seat he wanted I was saving for my brother. BUT GO SEE IT NOW.
