Help! I need somebody!

This is just a request, for a little help with my idea with my work. Now, the actual story is all set.
I just need to get the wolf-man's character down. Now, I don't want to do the obvious, and steal aspects of Remus's personality and background. (It's bad enough he's already dating a younger independent dominant character and that he's a werewolf and has to rely on her despite his unwillingness to do so.)
So I'm going to you guys, my expert writers and friends, who will have a clean slate from this as I have been working on this project non stop since Tuesday.
So I'm asking the following questions about the following story and I wanted to ask what you think happens behind the scenes, just as an audience member yourself.
This will really help my animation and you can play with the characters as much as you want. The only thing we know for sure is they meet up quite often, that Connor loves Dakota and his personality is not wolfish in the slightest. The date the story takes place is the 21st November, boarding on twilight and here are the questions for you!

- What was he doing before he left to transform?
- How did he become a werewolf / shape shifter?
- How did he and Dakota meet?
- Does he have a family?
- What's his financial situation?
- What is he wearing?
- How does he feel about Dakota?
