Hey all, today marks the first real day of my diet! I've decided I want to loose two stone and after being inspired by f-lister of awesome
gnimaerd I'm going to record my progress, just because I think it'll help me out.
I'm using the weight watchers diet thing, and I've been really good since yesterday afternoon, if you don't know how it works, it's using points to know how much food take your allowed.
So a pint of Coke is 3 points. A piece of toast is 1 point, a cup of tea with two sugars is 2 points, a weight watchers meal is between 4-6 points. According to the website and people I've spoken too, my limit is 22 - 27 points.
I'm going to go with 20 points. Just so then if I do go over, I wont feel so guilty.
I know people tell me I'm not big - but I know I've certianlly gained a lot of weight this year and it's also meant my boob size has gone up (which unbelievably, this does bother me) and this is due to the fact that I barely leave my room because of horrible uni flatmates so I tended to eat out, or stuff food like biscuits and eat pasta to my hearts content because it only took five minutes.
This style has caused me to get depressed very quickly, and make me feel rubbish about myself even when I have no reason too, so I'm going to try and loose as much weight as I can (and hopefully go down a few cup sizes, 38H is absolutely ridiculous size) but I'm going to start with a sensible goal at the moment. I'm 12 stone, going down to ten, if I can do that, I'll be a happy girl!
I will fight you diet! I will win!
Today's point intake:
3 teas with sweetener: 3 point
2 x grapes: 1/2 a point
1 x slimfast drink: 4 points
WW. Meal: 6 points
Two WW. Yogarts: 1 point (1/2 each)
Chocolate Sundae Light: 3 points
= total income 17 1/2 points
