Tomorrow is Jillian's last day here, then she flies home Saturday. The time went way too quickly. We had a wonderful day driving up and around Mt.Hood, stopping in at Timberline Lodge, into Hood River for lunch, exploring a few of the falls on the way back into Portland and then meeting up with Laura for a light dinner.
We came home to my driveway being done! And almost all of the walkway...just the steps and porch to be wrapped. I can't even describe how wonderful it looks, but will take photos tomorrow to show all of you!
Fallen logs at the bottom of Multnomah Falls. Looks like the palm of a hand holding something doesn't it?
Meanwhile some other pictures from today (and not in order!)...
Some glass in a shop at Timberline Lodge
Into the mist (at the bottom of Horsetail Falls)
Jurassic Park (no, actually coming down the trails from Multnomah Falls)
Some of the old walls along the historical falls roads
Couldn't resist taking a picture of this pot at Timberline Lodge
This really has an ominous look to it, doesn't it?
And of course, what is a photojournal without white trash?
