Never a dull moment...

If the tampon thing wasn't bad enough, my husband LOST his wedding ring tonight. Sheesh!! We found it after a frantic search of the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a grotty bin bag full of left-over food we'd cleaned out of the fridge.
Yes folks, he's allll mine.

No need to be sorry, trust me. I was laughing about it myself. At first, I thought he was joking. lolol Then it was a frantic search, but, all was well when I found it at the bottom of the bag. Phew!! Crisis solved. I've been bugging him all day, asking him where his ring is. :)

You explained that the ring was in the grotty bin bag with all the decomposing food. But you didn't explain that the bin bag was tied up by your husband, and placed outside in the big wheely bin and that the council people (bin men in the UK, garbage disposal people in the US, or sanitation experts if you live in a posh area) were going to take it away. So your husband should be congratulated on noticing that his ring was missing before he woke up the next morning and found that the ring was somewhere in a bug huge dump several miles away.

That's not a bad idea, actually. But, I'm going to get him one of those ring guards. How dare he lose weight after his ring was sized? *rolls eyes*
Our neighbour just brought him a box of Irish truffles. So, maybe he'll gain some weight. hehe

What exactly makes a truffle Irish? Are they filled with Irish Creme or Irish Whiskey or something? Or are they just regular truffles made in Ireland?

Uhhhh I dunno. haha

Let's see--

Butlers Irish Chocolates
Famous Irish Truffles
Irish cream liqueur and Irish coffee milk chocolate truffles

That's what's on the box. :) http://www.butlerschocolates.com/shop/products.asp?productid=A7803
That's the one she gave him.

Guess it's very posh Irish choccys. Yay for Breen! (And kudos to the neighbour for remembering I'm not big on chocolates. She bought me a very cute notepad. The notes are shaped like a dress. Very stylish.)
