Here in balmy East Texas it is 31F(-1C) 78% Humidity, 18 mph (29 kph) W wind, with a Wind Chill of 19F (-7C).
Earlier in the day, it was 70F (21C) and wind gusts up to 48 mph (77 kph).
Lots of school closures, accidents and whatnot. Poor kiddo, no school closure for him. haha
