I'm only going to bother posting this here, not on my Open Diary as well because none of my mates over there watch TB and wouldn't appreciate this! Hell, you guys probably won't anyway cos my dreams are warped, but I gotta write them somewhere so I don't forget!
Soooo yeah basically my dreams have gone into overdrive lately, as always happens when I have a lovely new crush! I am speaking of course about the lovely Jo from TB who I am suddenly nuts about, just when I thought my days of TV character lustings were over! Never mind - at least character crushes don't stress me out like real life ones do. And she is just irresistible... unusual but that's a good thing, I never fancy clones! So yes, the dreams, which I have had over the last 2 weeks but have only just got around to writing them down... bad me.
1) First off, I was with various members of CID tracking down some armed robbers. We were investigating some dustbins when we got a call on the radio telling us where they were. We dashed to the car where Jo made a joke about how I was always the slowest to do up my seatbelt (hmm I wonder where THAT came from) and we sped off. When we got there we couldn't see the baddies until we finally spotted them in a shop in the middle of a robbery. They came out but instead of pouncing on them we hid, but when I saw they had a gun I squeaked and they saw us. I wasn't scared in the slightest, I knew nothing bad could happen cos I'd read the spoilers so I was just enjoying it! We all dived to the floor (I decided to just go along with it and see what happened) and I took advantage of the opportunity to lie next to Jo who was pretty scared, but Samantha was obviously pissed off with me because she wanted to be there really...! It's an omen!!!
2) The next one was longer but I've forgotten a lot of it - there was some kind of main plot, then when it was over, me and Samantha walked back to my gran's house while Jo said she had something to do first. On the way I asked Sam what Abi had called her baby and she laughingly confessed she didn't know cos the scriptwriters hadn't told her yet! We both thought that was funny cos it was like she was still in character but as an actor... does that make sense? No, didn't think so. Anyway, we were standing in my gran's living room and suddenly I felt a hand pat my shoulder. I didn't know who it was and jumped, but when I turned around it was Jo, who was just letting me know she was back! I woke up all warm and fuzzy from that one!
3) Very short one the other night - I dreamed I was actually watching this one on TV, not like I was really there. Jo was chasing a rough looking teenage boy around an estate (and no, what usually happens when she runs was NOT evident! ;o)) and she looked really determined to catch him. He sprinted round a corner and vaulted over one of those metal half-fences to stop cyclists, but she misjudged the corner and grazed her leg on the wall (I know why I dreamed that - because I did it myself a couple of weeks ago - just walked into a wall!) which made her REALLY furious and after that she had no trouble catching him at all! My last memory of that dream was watching her fling him into a police van looking extremely smug!
4) Last one was the night before last and didn't have Jo in it at all - twas Lara instead! I don't know where we were or what was happening but there was a teleporter involved which moved people through time AND place. Problem was, it didn't always work and you could end up anywhere! It was very space-agey and quite scary at times, specially when it was snowing (in September??) and we were all discussing how much worse global warming was than we'd been led to believe, and that really, Earth wasn't going to last much longer - maybe 150, 200 years, if that. Then we were supposed to teleport out and it was so dangerous we all had a group hug first and I was *very* tightly fastened around Lara... hell, she didn't seem to mind so I wasn't in any hurry to let go! Then we did it, but it didn't work properly and me, Lara and another girl ended up in the wrong place. Then a scientist-type bloke appeared and we thought he was a bad guy so we tried to run for it, but he turned out to be ok and said there was nothing to worry about, the others were ok and the experiment had been a success! Oh well, that's ok then! :oS
That's all, folks... nothing like weirdness to brighten up my nights!
