Actual conversation I just had over the phone

"hi, I was just speaking to someone, I think it was you, about if your school offers radiology and you said that you don't, but to search collegeboard for schools who would... was this you?"
~"No, but I can certainly try to help you out, what's your question?"
"well, I'm trying to search collegeboard, and I'm not getting any results, is she there so I can talk to her? she said the search would be easy, but it's not working"
~"Ok, well your search may be too narrow and that's why it might not be showing any results, it may not be finding schools to fit the criteria"
"No, that's not it. Can you just go to the website? Am I on the right page?"
(Figure out that she is, in fact, on the right page)
~"Like I said, if you're searching for a specific area with a specific school size, it might not be finding any schools to match your criteria"
"No, I'm searching no preference and it gave me a school in Texas. That's not what I'm looking for. Can you just transfer me to the other woman so she can help me?"
~"Well I don't think she would be able to help you anymore than I can. Do you remember who you spoke with?"
"No, but I figured there was only one school to this phone number, right?"
~"...Yes, we're one school, but this phone number goes to an office of 11 workers, so I'm not sure who you spoke to"
"Fine whatever, bye"

And people wonder WHY I go insane at my job.
