Remus stood numbly and watched Sirius disappear with a whipcrack, trying not to wonder where he went. Exhaling slowly, he turned towards the Hogsmeade post office, where he rented a cheap owl and wrote a short note.

He rubbed his eyes with his fingers then made a decision, he couldn't just ignore the letter, as Remus would get worried and come anyway, and that wasn't to mention the fact Sirius had made him secretkeeper, so the best thing to do is to just to invite Remus and act natural.
