Content: Micas goes in to check on supplies, but gets sidetracked by fish.

Micas was watching her feet as she walked, through the doors Hex had made in place of the broken hole that had lead from the library out to the courtyard, across the image Nei'ess had made, during their first conference, that showed, amazingly, the city from above. Higher even than the building she had climbed, and farther spread.
As she walked across the water, she stopped. There were things in the water. Nei'ess had been saying something about water during the conference, but no-one had said enough about it for her to pick up from context _what_ about water he's been trying to say. Things in the water. . . she dropped to her knees to peer more closely at the small images.
Then her jaw just dropped. There were fish. Fish! Fish were so useful! Looking up, seeing Nei'ess, Rory, Simera, and the new woman, Firellia, Micas waved a bit frantically to try to attract somebody's attention. This was important!
