Will be in lab till midnight today but at least it gives me time to catch up on So You Think You Can Dance. Season 3 (because this dance is ♥♥♥). I loved Katee and Joshua (and Chelsea and Mark and Twitch and others) from last season but I'm not so sure about this season so far. There's nobody who's made me feel excited yet. That will hopefully

(since you are so subtle and since I've given up on it due to Kimura adding too much details to canon for it to work any more and I'm too lazy to rewrite.)
The first time Kame meets Kimura is bumping into him on the street. Literally.
Kame's on his way out of a small combini, a pack of cigarettes in hand, kind of in a hurry and collides head-first into someone taller than him, smelling of smoke and cologne and vanilla and Kame actually finds it amazing the things you can register in a split second, while falling on your ass.
"It was my fault," Kame says when the man apologises and then abruptly halts, noticing the face that goes with the outstretched hand.
"Kame!" Kimura Takuya says delightedly, as if they haven't met in ages. Which is technically true. Just like they haven't met at all prior to this. "What a coincidence."
"Er," Kame says and feels sweat breaking out on his forehead. Usually he'd be polite. He's supposed to be polite. If there's one person in the whole jimusho he's supposed to be polite to it's Kimura Takuya and now he can't think of a single thing to say and Kimura's still giving him a friendly grin that Kame can't be sure where it's coming from or why. The only people that doesn't know him but still calls him 'Kame' are his fans.
"Out shopping?" Kimura asks and Kame says "Yes. I was thinking of getting some jeans," and that's not polite at all and Kame's actually on his way somewhere. Not to mention that Kame has tons of jeans.
"Great!" Kimura says. "I'll join you."
Kimura makes Kame talk about his latest drama while steering Kame towards a small store he wants to recommend, limited edition collections and young and upcoming designers. Kame wants to tell him about how his salary isn't exactly modest but still not enough to allow him to drain his spending account for a pair of pants. But he can't seem to bring it up between discussing character portrayal and the recent decline in NTV's catering standards and before he knows it Kimura's edged him through the door of a small store, located in a nondescript alley Kame barely knew was there despite how he must have walked the main street about a hundred times.
They're five blocks away from the recording studio now and if his manager ever sees shots of him on a shopping spree with Kimura Takuya when he's supposed to be doing take number 7 on the chorus of his solo Kame's pretty sure he'll... Actually Kame's not pretty sure of anything at this point. Least of all why he's here in the first place. But surely if it's with Kimura Takuya-
"Christ," Kimura says in a tone indicating both wry amusement and a hint of frank bemusement, holding up a pair of skinny black stonewashed jeans "I've never been able to get into these," and then gives them to Kame with a gentle shove in the chest. "Go put them on, I want to see what they look like."

It takes Kame at least a three quarters of an hour to make it out of the fitting room. First it's the store clerks, bringing him piles of Kimura's suggestions. And then it's Kimura, hovering outside, asking him if he's decent every second minute, humming and adjusting jackets, sidling up behind Kame in front of the mirror to get a better view from the right angle. Except 'the right angle' produces all the wrong reactions in Kame's chest.
There's a bracelet made out of starkly colourful plastic pearls on Kimura's left wrist. Kame likes it but almost blushes when Kimura tells him one of his daughters' made it for him, feels like he's been caught doing something indecent. Kimura smells good too. Kame doesn't tell him that. And there's no explanation needed for the ring on his finger.
Koki calls him when Kame's putting on his own jeans again. He nearly topples over when trying to reach the phone.
"Yes," he says, a little breathless.
"Where are you? We've been waiting. Jin's having some sort of PMS fit, says he can't harmonise if you're not there."
"What?" Kame frowns. "What are you on about? We always record it separately."
"He says you need to practice before he knows how to do it. Where did you go anyway? You just disappeared."
"Jin said-" Kame says and closes his eyes because that's not what he was supposed to say. Not Jin said he was out of cigarettes. Kame hasn't done Jin a favour in ages. He didn't even tell Jin he would go buy him some and while choosing brands at the store he realised he wasn't sure what Jin smoked any more. He used to smoke these girly menthol things and always with a filter but that was when Jin was sixteen. Kame stopped paying attention somewhere along the way to present. Besides. Kame keeps telling him to quit.
"Jin said what?"
"It- I needed a break," Kame mutters, zipping up his jeans and wincing at the sound.
Koki's quiet for a long time and Kame could say I'm out shopping jeans with Kimura-san, all right? that's an option, except he know what that'd sound like, even if Koki believed him.
"Ok," Koki finally concludes, apparently coming to some sort of decision. "Hurry back, yeah?" before hanging up and Kame can hear Jin in the background before the line clicks. Jin's testy questions and the grey clouds he seems to spread around himself when he's in a mood.
"I have to go," he tells Kimura, holding out the last set of clothes for the clerk.
Kimura snatches a pair of jeans before Kame can react. "Those looked good on," he tells Kame, matter-of-factly and before Kame's done trying to fight of a flustering gesture of false modesty Kame knows he has a habit of performing when he's feeling stressed Kimura's already handed over his credit card and by then Kame's outright horrified.
"No," he tries with his hands flailing, almost making a grab for the card. "No really-"
"Kame," Kimura says, honey in his voice and Kame's heard that tone before, when Kimura's about to woo someone in on screen, right before the music crests and the characters kiss for the first time. "Let me do this for you," he says.
And so Kame lets him. He’s back at the studio 30 minutes later, a stiff paper bag in his hand and Kimura’s number added to his contacts.
(I also think you should take notice on how I'm only doing this in the vague hope that you will write more fic.)

(Hey, it got me fic :P)
Whee! I love you. And I love this (Kimura/Kame is a secret weakness). And the way Kimura just kind of forces his company on Kame and everything to do with Kame and Jin because you know they'd be able to work things out if they stopped being such boys about it and just talk to each other.
(And since you are not at all subtle)
Yamapi wakes up in his apartment, Toma asleep in his bed, and forgets for a second how he got there.
Toma has his limbs sprawled on all corners of the bed and, as Yamapi watches, he twitches in his sleep and nudges Yamapi's leg closer to the edge. It makes Yamapi feel less tired, even under the fading light of the setting sun.
He stands up and rescues a picture frame from Toma's outstretched hand. It's one of Jin and him, Jin with a horrible yellow dye job that makes him look younger than he actually was and dumber than he actually is. Yamapi likes to keep photos of his friends close. His room back home is plastered with them unlike Kame's, which is clean and neat and sterile.
Yamapi has no pictures of Kame.
"Idiot. What are you thinking?" He says to his reflection.
There is a vast emptiness within him. He wonders if Kame ever feels the same after Yamapi fucked him, like his body is splayed open, missing a piece of the puzzle. Yamapi sits down on the toilet seat and opens his can of beer, still cold from the refrigerator.
"You are stupid. Stupid," he adds in a high pitched voice. Akira's voice, which is a can of worms neither party wants to touch.
His cell phone is blinking. Yamapi knows that it'll be another message from Jin wondering where he's been and where he's going to be and, boy, did he know that Kame makes omelets to rival those at that cafe Jin ate at once with KAT-TUN after a photoshoot? The one Jin told Yamapi about later, about how the waitress had spilled water on Kame and he had been so soaked that his nipples were visible beneath thin white fabric?
Yamapi only knows the after, when Kame showed up at his door, stiff and miserable, and asked "What does he want?" and Yamapi had responded by kissing him and then called Jin over and kissed him too.
Hey, Jin's message says. Practice sucked. Want to come by later?

alkjdnfgkajdnfgkjandfkgjnakdjfgakjdfng I'm not even sure if this is strictly Tomapi (no, I mean, obviously it's not strictly Tomapi) but I love that pairing so much despite never having read a single good fic with them as the main focus (and I also mean... not that's I've looked too hard. there's this other pairing that still.... occupies a lot of my time.) And I love it here too even if this is obviously VERY ANGSTY. FROM EVERY ANGLE. ♥

Oh my god, this is why I need to stalk people's entries, because it leads to fantastic fic from fantastic authors. Oh man, Sophia, this is so good *__* I love that there are still weird Akame hints, and how Kame doesn't understand where Kimutaku is coming from or what he wants amksdj and yes. Beautiful <3

aödfkmgaölkdfnmglkamdf thank you. even though this isn't alkdjfgn akjdfgn you know.... not much of a fic... or part of a fic or wherever I was going with it.
(aldkjfgna also alkdngf sorry for the muteness. I'm on vacation. Kinda sorta. Sort of unavailable with connection. SO THAT I DON'T MISS ANYTHING IN FANDOM. BECAUSE IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO PRIORITIZE IT'S ME.)

lksmjdfmjgkkhlkdf seriously. How many WIP's do you have now, and when shall we start calling you Ian II?
(Ahhh, awesome. I am just pleased you are alive and well♥ Are you enjoying your vacation? I need to make sure I have your address ready for Japan :D lksdjf sobbing, well Kame did this amazing photo shoot with Masaharu Fukuyama where they put their arms around each other and genuinely looked like a couple on their honey moon. Apart from that things are quiet. No Akame reports/photo shoots sadly slkd)
