Hmmmm
This was my first completely free weekend since April and it only took me til Sunday morning to be completely bored. I think the problem is that I don't really feel like doing anything, but at the same time I hate doing nothing. Or maybe the real problem is that I have noone to do anything with.
I just finished my 2-week field course, Monteregian Flora, which was held at Mont St Hilaire (McGill's reserve 40 mins away from Montreal). The course was awesome- I met some really cool people, swam lots, rowed around the lake in the middle of the mountain, and learnt how to identify 203 plants! Now that that's done, it wraps up my 3 months of overscheduled weekends and insanely busy work weeks. I have no plans from now til the end of summer, except to take an extra week off work and visit Barry's Bay at some point. Another camping trip would be great, but I don't know if I have the energy to plan it, or if my prof would let me take more time off work for that.
If anybody feels like visiting Montreal, let me know. It's too quiet here.
