time for my summer diet

today is the first day of my summer so im going to go on another diet.... every summer i improve just a little bit on losing weight. dieting is so hard though :( if i could just accomplish this then i would feel so much stronger mentally. i would feel like i could do anything. all that i ask of myself is to walk 45 minutes each day and not over eat or atleast eat healthier foods. if i could just do this then i will succeed. im going to post in here everyday what i had to eat and what exercise i got. today i had a bowl of wheaties with 1% milk and no suger. thats all i had so far. i plan on going over to marnees and walking belle too. right now i weigh 183-184 so by next week i plan to weigh 182. i want to diet right and only lose 1 or 2 lbs a week, im just afraid im not going to eat enough which i heard makes you lose weight slower. i donno, they could just say that to keep you from starving yourself. but anyways, im going to post in here every day how im doing, even if i blew my diet that day. i wish there was some reward i can give myself at the end of each day if i stuck to my diet. i guess my reward would be that im skinny and healthier. if i would have just stuck to this diet last year....
