Anyone else have this problem?
Although I have been a Wiccan and Pagan for a long time, it was not until recently that I began spell crafting and circle work. The first two worked wonderfully. The last one not so well. A simple house cleansing turned against me. I was not sure exactly why it went wrong, only that for a day I seemed to have gathered all the negativity and bad feelings that I tried to expel from the house. My only conclusion is that I must have done something wrong.
While reading up on spell crafting and ritual. I think I found the problem. Most references suggest pictorial visualization, which I can not do. My brain does not work that way. I cannot see the pictures in my head no matter how hard I try. I can not visualize the house or the negativity leaving or a bright white light encompassing the house to protect it. I see not in pictures but words. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem?
Also, I found a website that has Tarot Cards that you can copy to the computer, print and color yourself at altreligion.about.com/library/weekly/aa082003a.htm They are the 1910 Coleman-Waite or the 1893 Vacchetta decks.
