I'm going to say here, what I said in another lj community. I really don't like this article. By the definitions put out in this article, I qualify under that. I'm not a bully, but I am blunt. I honestly do not think it is healthy, to perpetuate everyone be nice to everyone all the time.

You see bullying and witch wars all the time on the Internet. People act so differently when they are anonymous, I often wonder if it's the nature of the medium influencing their behavior, or if it's their true nature exposed for all to see.

I think also, that lots of people come to paganism from religions that have established dogma, and sometimes that's hard to shake. Perhaps that is one of the reasons you find so many people ready to tell others exactly the "right way" to practice their spiritual path. On the other hand, pagans and witches are a cross section of humanity, just like any other group, and there will always be those who feel they have to be in charge or somehow lord over everyone else.

Personally, I came to this path as a means to achieve some semblance of spiritual serenity. I think in order to do that, one needs to step away from the computer, stop worrying what their virtual fellow pagans have to say, and follow your own heart.

it seems to me that what she says indicates a conspiracy pretty much has to exist by her definition of bullying, and i have never run across that kind of situation ( ... )
