1) Mine was given to me by my former tradition's God and Goddess in a journey. Since I have left that tradition, I'm doing some soul-searching because I feel like I have outgrown the name that was given to me, but I'm afraid there isn't much help I can give on that. I'd say look for signs, meditate on it, think of how you want your path to manifest in you and through you, and do research on appropriate names

2. Since you were drawing energy from both your God and Goddess candles, I'd say you were feeling Their love and desire for each other.

1) I do. It came to me after working with a group for several years. It is now a permanent part of my identity (I'm a very public witch, so many people know both my mundane and craft names.)

2) Litha is a ritual with powerful energy, feeling sexual is a healthy manifestation of that energy. As always, note it and compare it with other ritual after-effects before you go looking for it to be 'weird'.

1. I stumbled into a magickal name, it's part of a name I use when participating in historical re-enactment.

2. Sounds to me like your chakras were opening up, especially the first and second. I've experience something similar myself! Sometimes it feels sexual, sometimes it's just happy energy, sometimes it's very creative. :)
