Hey All,
I really need a good nights sleep.
I finish work at 11pm every night, but never seem to be able to sleep until at least 4am.
I've tried antihistamines, sleeping tablets, st john's wort and commomile.
I'm trying wine right now, but as it's 5am here in Aus it's not working.
I've tried meditating, shakra re-alignment, and self cleansings.
Any advice or opinions will be appeciated.
