question time....
I recently read an article that stated that one of the main differences between a Wiccan and a Witch is that Wiccans dedicate themselves to and serve a goddess (and maybe a god, if he's good and behaves himself) while a Witch will acknowledge that gods exist, but don't worship them or call on them. Apparently they work more with the elementals and spirits.
Now, speaking as one still in the throes of research and currently not enamoured of any particular god, I feel confused. I'm not trying to suggest that an Witch is a Wiccan in waiting, especially as I know that to some the two are synonymous, but I'm wondering if some of the posters here could share their personal opinions on the differences between a Wiccan and a Witch?
