Hello everyone! I keep writing private posts to Deirdre and never write public posts any more, but I SHOULD because life is pretty awesome. I'm controlling my anger better! I haven't broken anything in the hospital for weeks which is pretty much a record

Do you tend to break things then? or is it normally just in anger?

I've broken a few things. I've broken the vending machine twice but even Joel's done that before. Stuff just makes me really angry and so I have to kick the hell out of it.
