Perhaps with all that money 'the rich' have found a way to escape reality. Perhaps even time itself. They will leave us here to wallow in our banality, while the fly with the gumdrop fairies in a timeless sea of importance.
A revolution doesn't begin with one swift motion. When one looks back on history you see highlights, you see the breaking points and the periods of rebuilding after. Rarely seen are the years upon years of work prior. The posturing and slow movement of the masses toward a tipping point. It takes a long time to get a boulder to the top of the mountain, and the effort, however little from each, of the mass of people. But once it is there, it takes but a single touch. Anyone, but not everyone, can give that last shove, the one that is the easiest, but appears by immediate result to have required the most effort.
I guess what I am saying here is that as these social changes are slow to fruition; you may look into pursuing with a portion of your time things that bring you personal enjoyment, however trivial. Folks with money aren't entitled to more fun than you, and in spite of any portrayed outward appearances, have the same bullshit to deal with as the rest of us.
That said, you forgot something in that little list up there:
