Quickies
I'm in the middle of reviewing for three subjects for tomorrow (Labor, Torts and Insurance), planning for Inter-C, marketing the block C shirts, supervising grunt work for Masig Month, writing the script for Ms. Freshman, and somehow I couldn't resist the urge to rant about how the Jonas Brothers are the #1 act on the Billboard Top 200 Albums and how David Archuleta broke a bunch of records with his new single debuting at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. Damn, American kids can max out credit cards. Was this how college grads and law students felt when my generation was into Hanson and the Spice Girls? Duuude. What is up with America, man?
And while I'm ranting? Boo to the Manila City Government for banning bar operations for 2008! A pox on all your houses. What's Salubong going to look like? Can we even have Salubong at this point? Eesh.
Ah, well. At least I'm typing this from my living room. Hooray for Globe Broadband, and our router!
This weekend, I'm going to finish The Sopranos, since we now have the complete 6th season, down from 1,200 bucks to 699. Smart move, Warner Bros.
