User: Nothing.

Jumpie: What did you change?
User: Well, this one thing, but it didn't do anything.
Jumpie: Change it back.
User: But it doesn't do anything.
Jumpie: Change it back.
User: But...
Jumpie: Change it back.
User: Okay.
Wanders off grumbling about how stupid support is.
User: (from off in the distance) Hey! It works!

.. and now

QEDude: Hey Emma, I can't open all the books in help at the same time anymore. Can you fix it?
Emma: Did it work last version?
QEDude: Yes. what did you change?
Emma: Nothing. I've not started working on that yet.
QEDude: What did you change?
Emma: Nuh-thing.
QEDude: What did you change?
Emma: Nothing! Absolutely nothing! Less than nothing! I haven't worked on that yet.
QEDude: Well, let me know when you fix it.
QEDude wanders off whistling...
Emma: But I can't fix it. I don't know what happened to break it.
