Melinda: No, no, of course not, probably. I'm just wondering if anyone is using our software. Maybe no one is and that's why she has free time. Or maybe our software so great that no one has a problem with it? Or maybe it's because our doc is so great, no one has to call customer support!
Emma: she does get a bunch of issues. She just works them very quickly.
Melinda: That's true, I've been with her when she addresses them. It must be scary for our customers. That must be it.
