(no subject)
I would go through what has gone on in these past six months, but I think I can actually sum it up in a short list:
1. Passed this past semester with a 3.41, allowing me to keep my precious PC scholarship
2. Met a girl named Christine who I have been with for almost two months now and am extremely pleased to still be with
3. Done the same random hanging out I've done in weeks/ months past, although the Christmas break has definitely been more eventful than in years past
Today was another one of those trademark lazy days that I pull off so well during vacation...
Rob has been sick for the past few days, so he cancelled his poker tournament/ Patriots playoff game evening, leaving me with no solid plans for the night. I went to bed at like 3:30 last night so I slept until about twelve and then hung around until seven, doing little more than eating and showering. I went to Pat's at seven and then went with him to his cousin Eric's house to watch the Patriots destroy the Jaguars and play a bit of Madden on PS2. I left Pat's around midnight, got a coffee and some gas for the Sentra, and then came home and have been online relaxing and avoiding sleep.
Since I had made plans to go to Rob's last Monday, I told Christine to make plans, so I wasn't able to see her. I'm confident that I will get to see her within the next day or so. Tomorrow I will watch the Steelers humiliate the Bengals with Joe, and then possibly see New Year's Revolution, which looks like it could be decently entertaining, even if it is just some throwaway pay-per-view.
As this vacation winds down, I unfortunately must get my books and get back into school mode, but I think I can use the schedule again because this whole 3/ 4 A.M. bedtime thing is just killing me.
