Anybody out there experiencing weird time?
Brad and I had a couple of noticeable time expansion/contraction experiences last night.
Just wondering if it's universal or locally cognitive.

I've been training at my new job. Actually they have me training in an area that I was not interviewed for nor applied for nor asked for but they stuck me there anyway. So I don't like it and every minute seems like ten. I check my watch every 15 minutes thinking than an hour has passed. That's about it.

The job that I got (court clerk) is awaiting me. The job that I am occupying right now (counter clerk) is what one of the experienced court clerk staff has landed (she is a court clerk transferring to the counter clerk section) but they are holding her back a month to stay with court work due to staff shortages there and they need her experience ( ... )

That does suck...to the extreme.
Well my philosophy there is to work the hell out of that job anyway. Improve on the system. Master it if you can and after the three weeks walk away in slow motion while the place explodes behind you and co workers cry lamentably because they miss your awesomeness.
Yeah, you're too good for this fucking place.

You bet. My future colleagues have already come to me when they could spare a moment and introduced themselves to me and told me that they look forward to working with me. I'll be the only guy in a team of about 12 court clerks. And they are all women. And they are all attractive (grin). The court supervisor has given me manuals for the job so I'm already reading them to have a leg up when I start the job next month.

In other news: the latest Venture Bros. season starts very soon! So make sure to add it to your roster of shows to watch with Brad and the crew!
