Let's meet the contenders.

Bullet Ant: most painful insect bite known to man, the Sammy L. Jackson of the insect world
Pistol Shrimp: expels a blast of water at a speed of 100km/h with temp 9900C, master of ambush

HOLY SHIT WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THAT ANT. Look at his face. It looks like it could beat you up, nevermind poison bites. Remind me never to go wherever they live.

But is this battle going to be on land or in water? In a pool with a rock? If the shrimp stays in water, he might have a chance.

I FUCKING KNOW. Like, that thing could make Bruce Lee cry. Just one look at that mug and I'd be sobbing like a baby.

I'm thinking it would work out one of two ways:

1. The ant is genetically modified to act as it does on land under the sea
2. The shrimp is genetically modified to act on land as it does in the sea

I think the shrimp would still have the upper hand, since it can attack with its sun-hot shockwave from a distance before the ant can bite it. So I'm voting for him.

I don't know if the ant can spit poison or something. Frankly, I don't want to check any further D:

I have to agree. I think at the end of the day, my vote goes shrimp. But it's still a tough call.

I feel bad for that parcel company giving you all that trouble. The Bullet Ant would not take kindly to them.

Maybe I should make friends with one of those ants, maybe one of those shrimps as well. Make a little crime-fighting duo out of them. Or at least a fighting one.
