*refrains from compulsively checking her phone*

Guess what; I didn't fall into Swordboy Hell. No, I fell into Cat Collector's Hell. It was only a matter of time, right? I'm so predictable :(

Strangely enough, no one in my immediate surroundings seem to understand the appeal of Neko Atsume. "Why? You already have two furry real life cats? Stop checking your phone!" *sigh* I mean, these people open their phones every few seconds to check if they have a new Whatsapp message (and proceed to show me the Smurfs videos someone sent them...). Where's the difference?

That reminds me - a neighbour speculated after watching a report about the odyssey of Kunkush on TV that he actually looks a lot like Plushy. Strangely enough, a vet assistant, too, recently said that he looks like a Turkish Van. I researched the looks and behaviour quirks of a Turkish Van and, yeah, the description fits him to a T (he has the looks, he is always on a mission and he is always talking. Always. Also, he isn't afraid of water, unlike the Diva. I call him Plüshi-Effendi now, which my mother hates *lol*. And, yeah, actually, the ü is more common in Turkish than in German). He might actually be a Turkish Van mix because his fur isn't that long. Too bad that my colleague knows nothing about him either since he and the Diva were from an animal shelter without any information whatsoever. The vet assistant also said that he is a genetic miracle, being a male calico cat (I never saw him as a calico, to me he was always white with red but the few black splotches do count ^^;;). Google tells me they are rare but not unheard of.

BTW, there are currently two calicos playing in my garden at Neko Atsume. Just sayin'.

Yeah, I shut up now.

rl, kitties
