Ioriyogi + Ginsei = Kurgoane + Fai? ORLY?
Yeah, it's Saturday. Some people go out on Saturdays and have fun. I make Winamp skins and have fun. Damn cold, gets me every fucking year! At least twice! ~_~
Well, ain't that Kobato-chan... yes, I know almost everyone hates the anime but I like it. I'm only surprised that it moves so fast! How on earth do they plan to make a 20+ episodes anime series with only four volumes of manga (three at the moment, I know, but # four is supposed to come out in December and the anime should still be running then). Unless they make it a monster good-deed-of-the-week show, which would suck. Also, ever since Drop 13 I have that foreboding feeling that this will end in a bloody mess (I mean, I don't want to spoil the manga for anyone but Ioriyogi, Genko and Ginsei didn't always... look the way they do now). Either that or Kobato has a secret death wish or something.
Um... anyway, the skin is pretty but I don't like the colours (oh surprise!). There is one I like a lot better but I still haven't written a readme for it so I keep it for now. I think I'm the only skinner who rather makes another skin than writes a readme *lol*.
That reminds me that I actually found the program I used to read the logfiles on the old computer with and so could read the most recent server-logs for starry-sky.net (after almost a year). Man, some things don't change. Ever. Like kiddies posting hotlinking-protected images on some forum, complete with utter cluelessness why they don't show up :/ I mean, I got a lot more bandwidth these days than I used to years ago, but still *shakes head*. And I'm surprised that there are still so many people downloading normal Winamp 2.x skins. The popularity seemed to reach a low point about a year ago but now there are even new sites coming up occassionally. Maybe it's a rediscovery of the virtues of ancient Winamp :)
(also, no news from the job department, aka I'm still kind of jobless. But due to having a lot more time on my hands, I give so many English lessons and thus have more money than before *lol*. Which is actually coming close to being illegal by the end of the month if this keeps up. I hope it does.)
