I shouldn't be doing this. Like, at all. Instead I should keep studying motor vehicles until I'm able to remember more than two differences between a diesel and a spark ignition engine and the key differences between two-stroke and four-stroke engines. All automobile engines should implode RIGHT NOW! Fun stuff. The only useful thing I learnt is that, since a generator doesn't need a transmission, neither should have an electric car (not that this is of any concern to you lucky Americans with your automatic transmissions). So that is one more reason for me to buy an electric car!
Um... yeah, the skin that I shouldn't have made. But it was important that it was finished before Halloween, right? I had this image and I could only use either Fai or Sakura, so I actually threw a coin. Sakura won, which is only fair because I do already have three or four Fai-skins and she is the main chara after all. And this time I don't have much to whine about because the colours fit and the design is even somewhat consistent. I still think her hair is too pale but I'm too lazy to do something about it. And Mokona sort of makes up for everything else :D.
I also remembered that I still have those 1+ GB of holiday photos on my harddisk but, seriously, I can't bring myself to look at them. It's too frustrating. I mean, I just heard that we might even get snow in a few days! NOOOOO D:
I also got the new Lala and the furoku was some Vampire Knight... thing (hm... a handkerchief? A... doily? WTF IS THIS?). I'd rather have a poster or at least a postcard with half-naked Zero writhing on a silk sheet, thankyouverymuch (well, I scanned the ad and made a wallpaper, but still... meh). And I wondered why the Vampire Knight fandom seemed to have quadrupled overnight (yes, I was initially too lazy to scan it myself because that'd involve clearing the scanner from all the junk piled up on it, so I went through the VK communities to search for it but I had no success and so had to scan it after all). Is it the pretty vampires? But one or two years ago barely anyone had even heard of it! And now there are all those fangirls showing off their icons and colourings and horrible emo-fanfics and I keep wondering if it's due to the anime or rather due to Stephenie Meyer. Sparkly, angsty, pretty vampires and a clueless heroine (well, yes, I read the newest chapters. But the anime hasn't caught up yet)? So, are the producers especially lucky because the anime and the books came at a convenient time? Or would have the anime alone produced that amount of fangirls? So far other sparkly animes like Hakushaku to Yousei don't seem to make the same kind of impact (or any impact at all, actually). I do recommend Hakushaku to Yousei, though, speaking cat or not! It looks like another good image source for Winskins and wallpapers *siiigh* (it's not like I don't have enough images to skin - I need to make a Winskin for my new wallpaper, I promised another Tsubasa skin and thanks to Usi I have that 'vision' of a NSFW Midnight Secretary skin in hot pink... and there are now the Gundam boys in such pretty uniforms...). SO MANY IMAGES, SO LITTLE TIME!
*shuffles back to her notes on normally aspirated engines, spark plugs and other stuff 'normal' people never have to bother with.* :(
