Actually, I shouldn't be writing here. I should be studying for the next test about engineering materials x_X. Main topics will be plastics and I can never remember which ones are the thermoplastics and which are the thermosetting plastics. Neither do I really get the difference between polycondensation and polyaddition. Guess it's time to write yet another slip of white paper in my tiny tiny handwriting and glue it to a waterbottle *sigh*. Another thing: The test is on Monday and this is probably the day the people working for the German rail are going on strike and I can't go to school by car because my Dad's going to take it (I doubt that I'd find the school anyway). Haha, my luck -_-;;
So I was very busy last week (studying for another translation test on bureaucracy and public authorities) and wasn't much online on LJ. Yet, I made this. But, you know, this is not just recreation, it's more... therapeutical! Remember the therapeutical skinning sessions? Yeah, it's sorta like this. I just didn't want to make yet another Fai skin, so I had to do a wallpaper instead. Damn you Clamp, for making images like that! How am I supposed to do more of the promised Neo Romance, Vampire Knight and SaiMono stuff if you keep giving me these?! *siiiigh*
Anyway, if you use it, I recommend a techy XP Theme, such as StyleWEB's Cafe TT or GlassOS, the one I'm using right now (sorry, no link; the site I got it from is dead T_T).
That reminds me that SaiMono #2 is out (thanks Mona for the info ^_^)! MUST GET! SOMEHOW! Seriously, last week I searched for it on amazon.co.jp and couldn't find anything! And shouldn't the raw for episode 2-12 be out now? I hate digging through the Chinese sites because they are so slow and loading takes five minutes. Can't they link the torrents to Tokyotosho, too? Meh.
I finally managed to burn Jyu-oh-sei on a DVD, together with the second part of Zegapain. It's amazing how much more stuff fits on a disc if you remove the opening and endings. And for exactly twenty minutes I had a whooping 6 GB free space on the external harddisc! Well, had. Now it's in slowly but constantly getting filled up by Basara. Before someone yells at me - I've got the whole series on DVD, I'm just too lazy to rip it as avi myself. And making screenshots from DVDs is a hassle. It's supposed to work with WinOnDVD but for some reason doesn't always. So I rather get the crappy avis. It's not so bad if you take them apart frame by frame and that's what VirtualDub is for.
